Midnight Between Worlds

Midnight Between Worlds is a ticketed New Year’s Eve experience built around the theme of Becoming—an evening of reflection, transformation, and celebration.

Rather than a traditional party, the evening invites guests to journey through The Cocoon Lounge and other spaces at LA Barnhouse Brewery. Each experience represents a different moment in the transition from one year to the next: arriving, connecting, reflecting, remembering, imagining, and celebrating.

The evening culminates at midnight with a cinematic, immersive countdown—an invitation to honor what has been, release what we are ready to leave behind, and step intentionally into what comes next.

1. Humanitix: All advance tickets will be sold through Humanitix. Guests will receive a digital ticket with a unique QR code following purchase.

2. Check-In Procedure: Digital tickets will be scanned at the event entrance. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Guests will receive an event wristband after successful check-in and age verification.

3. Ticket Types: General Admission tickets will be sold individually for $185 + applicable fees. VIP admission will be sold as a reserved table for four for $1,200 + applicable fees.

4. Walk-Up Policy: If the event is not sold out, a limited number of walk-up tickets will be available for $225 + applicable fees per person. Walk-up guests must purchase admission through Humanitix before entry.

5. Refunds & Transfers: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket transfers are permitted through the approved ticket-transfer process.

6. Capacity & Sales Limits: A fixed number of General Admission tickets and VIP tables will be available. Ticket sales will close once event capacity is reached.

7. Advance Sales Cutoff: Advance General Admission pricing ends at a predetermined time on December 31 or when advance tickets sell out, whichever occurs first.

8. Guest Communication: Ticket purchasers will receive confirmation upon purchase and a pre-event “Know Before You Go” email covering arrival, parking, dress code, ID requirements, event policies, and other important information.

9. Wristbands: General Admission and VIP guests will receive distinct wristbands to allow staff to quickly identify ticket type and VIP privileges.

1. Age Requirement: This is a 21+ event. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry. No exceptions.

2. Dress Code: Elevated Casual. Dress for the occasion—sophisticated and stylish, without being overly formal. No shorts. Jackets are welcome but not required.

3. Tickets: A valid ticket is required for admission. Tickets may be presented digitally or in printed form. Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.

4. Entry & Re-Entry: Re-entry is permitted only with the appropriate event wristband.

5. Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may be served only to guests 21+ with valid identification. Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated.

6. Conduct: Midnight Between Worlds is intended to be a welcoming and respectful experience. Disruptive, threatening, unsafe, or excessively intoxicated behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Smoking & Vaping: Permitted only in designated outdoor areas. No smoking or vaping inside the facility.

8. Outside Food & Beverages: No outside food or beverages may be brought into the event.

9. Prohibited Items: No outside alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, or glass containers are permitted on the premises.

10. Bags: Bags may be subject to inspection upon entry.

11. Refunds & Transfers: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket transfers are permitted through the approved ticket-transfer process.

12. Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who violates event policies or creates a safety concern.

13. Photography & Recording: By purchasing a ticket, you expressly consent to being photographed and/or recorded during the event and authorize the use of your image, likeness, and appearance in promotional, marketing, and advertising materials related to the event, The Cocoon Lounge and/or LA Barnhouse Brewery.
