Join us for an immersive Tantra experience at our Rainforest Temple — a sanctuary devoted to spiritual awakening, embodied intimacy, and the remembrance of divine truth.

Grounded in the timeless wisdom of the Trika lineages of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra and offered through a modern lens, Midnight Garden Temple Tantra Retreats invite a profound inward journey — awakening inner power and realising your essential unity with all of existence.

All retreats are now held at our new private rainforest retreat property on 28 acres of pristine rainforest in the Northern Illawarra escarpment. Surrounded by the sounds of the rainforest and the ocean, this haven creates the perfect environment for deep relaxation, allowing you to soften and deepen into your Tantric practice.

About Midnight Garden Temple:

The Midnight Garden Temple is a sacred space where souls gather to connect, heal, grow, and celebrate their divine essence. Anchored in authentic connection, energetic integrity, divine truth, and expansion, the Temple’s vision is to offer a safe, heart-centered space for deep spiritual transformation and collective awakening.

Our teachings are grounded in the traditional schools of the Trika lineage of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra, blending the ancient teachings with a modern, embodied approach that is relatable, digestible, and profoundly experiential. Practices are designed to meet you where you’re at — whether you are new to Tantra or deep on your path.

About Me, Allison:

I am a Tantra teacher and Tantric healing practitioner and founder of Midnight Garden Temple. I created the Temple space following an intense Kundalini awakening which spontaneously activated my Tantric codes. After many years of study, reflection, activation, integration and deep remembrance, I know this is my life and always has been my life. I realised everything has been leading me to this work.

I now offer a modern, holistic approach to traditional Tantric teachings, building an integrated foundation for growth and expansion within community.

Temple Pillars:

Connection: Reclaim your innate UNITY with self, others & all of life
Divine Truth: Awaken to your authentic essence and sovereignty beneath societal conditioning
Energetic Integrity: Align your frequency and release distortion
Expansion: Step into the ever-unfolding mystery of your soul's evolution

Kundalini Awakening:

Kundalini energy is central in Tantric practice. We hold this cosmic intelligence with deep reverence and respect. Our integrated, trauma-aware approach allows for the organic rising of Kundalini Shakti within a safe and sacred container. This powerful life-force energy initiates soul-level healing and realigns you with your higher self and divine purpose. Allison has lifetimes of experience attuning to Shakti power and can support and guide you through all levels of awakening.

The Tantric Path:

Tantra is not just a practice — it’s a life philosophy, a way of being. It’s the path of embodied soul essence, of intimate connection to all of life. At its core, Tantra is about liberation and love, inviting you into a life of deeper meaning, presence, awareness and union with all things.

“Tantra is a path of authentic living through the embodiment of your soul essence, which is love. It’s the path of embodied presence and intimacy — with your own soul, with others and with the world.” - Allison
