Amid the brightness and motion of summer, this evening invites you to slow down, soften, and realign with your inner self. ✨

Join Paloma for a 90-minute soul-soothing experience that blends:
🌿 A gentle 15-minute yoga flow to release tension and ground the body
📝 Reflective journaling to let go of what no longer serves and open to what you're ready to welcome
🎶 A deeply immersive restorative one hour soundscape to restore your nervous system and nourish your spirit

Sink into stillness with dim lights, lavender and peppermint scents, and serene sound vibrations from alchemy singing bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments.
This session is an opportunity to pause at the midpoint of the year, reset your energy, and reconnect to your inner rhythms.

A journal and your favorite pen
Anything you need to feel extra cozy (blanket, eye mask, favorite pillow)

Yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters for all participants
