Event description

🌞 Midsummer: A Sunset Gathering in Western Sydney on Darug Country

🌞 Why Midsummer?
Midsummer marks the height of the season—a perfect time for community, ritual, and magical connection. Let's bask in the golden glow of the setting sun and wrap up 2023.

What to Expect:

  • 7pm Meet & Greet: Make some magical connections with witchy and pagan friends!
  • 7:30pm Midsummer Ritual: Led by special guest Ria Loader - witch, author, artist and occultist. A brief, optional celebratory midsummer rite will be offered. The purpose of the rite will be to reflect on the summer season with a simple walking/seated guided meditation.
  • 8pm Feast & Music: We will share food & drink following the ritual - please bring some food & drink to share.
  • Sunset on the balcony: Mingling and socialising into the night on the balcony (weather permitting)
  • 10pm Finish: Wrap up and head for home.

🎉 Big News!
This gathering is also the launchpad for an exciting new series of witchcraft events in 2024. You won't want to miss it!

❓Who Should Come?
Whether you're an experienced witch or a curious newcomer, especially if you're from Western Sydney, this event is for you.

🦽 Accessibility Information

Our event venue is located on the first floor at Nin Yoga Studio. Please note that there are 15 stairs leading up to the event space. The stairs are split into sections with three landing breaks (5 steps to each landing) for ease. Unfortunately, there is no elevator available. We understand that accessibility is important and we're here to help as much as we can. We will aim to run other events at ground-floor locations in future.

🎟 RSVP You can RSVP by purchasing a ticket. The cost of each ticket goes towards the cost of hiring the venue.

📞 Contact Us: For any questions or additional information, give us a call at 0411 525 413. If cost to attend is an issue, email us or give us a call and we'll see what we can do to support you.

🤝Proudly supported by the Cauldron of Wellbeing Penrith and Pagan Fringe.

Any questions? Email us and we will get back to you asap. Looking forward to celebrating the end of the calendar year and enjoying a quiet pause watching the setting sun before we head into the secular festive season with family and friends.
