Westfield Airport West x The Midwife Mumma: The Fourth Trimester

It takes a village to raise a child. The Westfield Airport West Sleepy Tour is an event for parents to come together, learn something new, connect and have a laugh along the way.

We've partnered up with our favourite sleep consultant, The Midwife Mumma (@themidwifemumma) to bring you the Westfield Airport West x The Midwife Mumma: Sleepy Tour Masterclass.

Mother of three, the wonderful Amelia Lamont is a midwife of over 9 years, sleep consultant, and successful blogger. Sharing her wealth of knowledge and own experience, The Midwife Mumma will be taking you through her proven baby and toddler sleep methods that have kept her own family happy, sane, content and well rested. The masterclass will cover a range of different topics from and age groups from 0-4 months, 5-12 months and 1-3 years old.

- Sleep, Feeding and Settling
- Sleep tips for 3x stages
- An introduction to the Fourth Trimester
