Hazards

We are not aware of any specific additional hazards that we can foresee at this event. If you have any concerns or would like to discuss your specific needs in advance, please contact us at paganfringe@gmail.com.

Toilet location

There are accessible toilets in the foyer to the left on entry.

Accessible parking

There are two accessible parking spaces directly out the front of the venue, as well as drive-through drop off access. There is ample street parking nearby.

Sensory Considerations

The hall is likely to get noisy during the evening, particularly during the dinner and social portions of the event. You are welcome to use earplugs or ear loops if that helps you manage excessive sound. Please bring your own if you use them regularly. If you need a quieter moment at any point during the evening, feel free to step outside. There is no obligation to stay in the main space for the full duration, and coming and going as you need is completely fine. It's also ok if you need to leave the event early. The dinner space will be decorated with low, ambient lighting. If you need additional light at any point, please don't hesitate to ask one of the organisers. Or bring an extra, warm temperature lamp for your table. If you have specific accessibility requirements or would like to let us know anything in advance that would help us support your attendance, please reach out to us at paganfringe@gmail.com.

Bringing a Support Worker

If you are bringing a support worker, they are very welcome. Please book a ticket for them so we have accurate numbers. You don't need to identify their role when booking.
