You’re Invited: Celebrate the Opening of MIECAT’s New Studios in Fitzroy
MIECAT is delighted to invite you, your friends and family for our Open House on Saturday, May 31st, 2025, to help us celebrate the official opening of our new location at 374 George Street, Fitzroy.
This special event offers the chance to discover and explore our new space, experience the transformative work we do in creative arts therapies and our pioneering approach to higher education and connect to the MIECAT Community.
Highlights of the Day:
- Immersive experiential encounters with MIECAT staff, alumni and artistic collaborators
- Exhibits from our Professional Doctorate candidates
- Opportunities to connect, create, and celebrate this exciting milestone
Join us to celebrate our new studios and place in Fitzroy, where we’ve grown over the past 20 years.

There will be experiential engagements occuring throughout the building.
Upstairs is accessed via 2 flights of stairs (14 stairs, each flight has 7 stairs).
