Celebrate the Redlands Ekka Holiday with a family-friendly day of discovery at Redlands Coast Museum.

Get up close to an incredible collection of mighty machines from the past and present, including massive quarry trucks, fire trucks, waste collection vehicles, vintage cars, tractors, steam engines, historic machinery and more.

Explore the Museum’s historic displays, enjoy live demonstrations, meet the people behind the machines and discover how technology has evolved over time. Visitors can enjoy hands-on activities, children’s challenges and special displays throughout the Museum and outdoor display areas.

Family Activities:

Mighty Machines Scavenger Hunt – explore the Museum and discover the hidden Digger Doors throughout the displays. Can you find them all?

Mighty Machines Button Badge Making – create your own personalised machine-themed badge to take home.

Wooden Games Alley – challenge family and friends with old-fashioned giant puzzles, games and hands-on activities.

Make a day of it and enjoy refreshments from the Museum Café, including a delicious sausage sizzle and other available treats, before browsing the Museum Shop and exploring our exhibitions.
