    Event description

Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health (MCWH) is celebrating its 40th Anniversary!

MCWH has been championing the health and wellbeing of migrant and refugee women since 1978. Celebrating 40 years: Migrant Women Matter looks back on 40 years of raising the profile of migrant and refugee women's health, and looks forward to building a stronger and healthier future for everyone.

The gala will be held at the stunning Langham Hotel in the heart of Melbourne city. Come celebrate with us, enjoy a decadent three-course dinner and be captivated by some of the best artists in Australia!

Keep an eye out for exciting prizes that will be on offer on the night.

All proceeds will go to continuing our legacy of keeping migrant women's health in migrant women's hands.

The theme this year celebrates the strength, brilliance and talent of migrant and refugee women. MCWH is thrilled to announce:

Mojo Juju, reigning in on our celebrations in style. Winner of three critically acclaimed albums and a number of powerhouse singles including this year's breakout hit 'Native Tongue', Mojo will be sure to get you grooving on the dancefloor.

    * Award-winning writer and screenwriter Michelle Law, presenting a keynote speech that we're sure will you make you laugh, cry, and your heart sing.

    * Thando, lighting up the night with her electric tunes. Thando has graced plays, stages and even The Voice, leaving audiences breathless everywhere she goes.
