Event description

In person at the University of Melbourne and Online

On Thursday 16 November 2023 Melbourne Social Equity Institute will host a one-day conference exploring migration, refugee studies and statelessness.

The event builds on the tradition of the Researchers for Asylum Seekers Conference which first ran at the University of Melbourne 15 years ago.

It provides an opportunity for graduate and early career researchers, as well as practitioners and policy makers working in the field, to present their work, meet with other researchers and to discuss their research with an engaged, interdisciplinary audience.

Registration is free and a light lunch will be provided at no cost. Bookings are essential.

The full conference program is available via the Melbourne Social Equity Institute website.

The Kwong Lee Dow building's accessible entrance is located on Leicester Street. To discuss any accessibility requirements, please get in touch via social-equity@unimelb.edu.au or +61 3 8344 7603.
