The iconic Miki’s Open Kitchen puts on a culinary show, with an unforgettable night of premium Kobe Wagyu and an array of Japanese beverages. Begin your journey with a sake cocktail and Wagyu tasting in the waiting room, through the tempura bar where you will take a seat around the open kitchen, while Miki and his team prepare authentic Japanese Wagyu and other culinary favourites, and onto the restaurant to enjoy Kobe Wagyu Shabu Shabu, a Japanese hotpot dish. Each course will be matched with Japanese wine and sake, and finish the evening off with Japanese Whisky and dessert.
