Join us at Kinning Park Complex for a one-off event celebrating the amazing work created during recent cooking and writing workshops, held as part of Refugee Festival. The asylum seeking and refugee participants explored this year’s festival theme “Milestones” through food and writing.

Come along to enjoy delicious hot food, browse an exhibition (featuring photography, illustrations and written work) and pick up a beautifully designed cookbook to try the dishes at home.

This event is a joyful celebration of culture, creativity and community with an opportunity to recognise the journeys and voices of those who have found safety calling Scotland home.

Come hungry and bring your friends, this event is open to all that would like to enjoy good food and inspiring art works. We can’t wait to see you there!

This event is in partnership with Refugee Festival Scotland, Kinning Park Complex, Glasgow Community Food Network and That's Yer Dinner.

Photos and videos will be taken at this event. By attending, you grant permission for their use in marketing materials including our website and social media channels. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us and we can accommodate your preferences.
