About the Instructor:
Ashley Smith is a mamma, artist, health enthusiast, homesteader, mentor, and a self taught cook who loves to share what I have learned and practice with others. She believes cooking is a sacred process of daily life that is both practical and magical. She also believe that practices involving food are a doorway towards our individual and collective healing. Gathering and cooking together is a way to experience joy, connection, and gain confidence and skills. Working contemplatively in the garden, kitchen, and at the dinner table with food is a way to deepen our relationship with the food we eat, ourselves, others, and the land we live on.
