Mima and the Band at The Ev with Mim Benson

Wandering around on Gadigal Country, usually in search of treasure and a good tap selection, local folk darlings Mima and The Band offer tunes for city-slickers, barefoot bush grubs and heartbroken gumnut babies alike. Glittering, grounded and forlorn, Mima’s lyrics meditate on a contemporary existence with a distinctly old world temperament. If not gigging, Mima and her band can be found playing mermaids at Bronte beach and mouth-trumpet everywhere else.
