Mind & Body at Eden has been created intentionally to allow you to take a pause out of the business of every-day life and make self-care and restoration a priority... allowing you to nurture and nourish your own being. As when we surrender into a deep state of reset and relaxation, not only do we give ourselves permission to slow down and come back to the present moment but we also allow the mind and body to enter into a state of deep healing and repair. This then begins to elevate and create a synergy in our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.

During the event...

Emily will facilitate a gentle yin yoga practice where you will be guided through a series of postures that will allow stillness and rest... to turn your gaze inward for reflection and restoration. You do not need any previous yoga experience to receive the benefits from this practice.

Whitney will facilitate a gentle breathwork session that will allow you to anchor into the present moment. The breath techniques will take you on a journey, landing back into the body with space for self-exploration and introspection. This is a gentle process where you do not need any previous breathwork experience.

You will then have 90 minutes to immerse yourself in the space of Eden using the warm and hot tubs, cold plunge and sauna.
