Our ever first Founders Go Wild member run networking event that incorporates activities for the mind and body! It is a great opportunity to learn new ways of stilling the mind and focusing on our precious bodies that much deserve our attention.

Meditation practices will involve sensory awareness and body scan, we will be exploring the relationship between mindfulness and entrepreneurship.

Active practice will involve breath linking, spinal wave and functional awareness which directly contribute to everyday movements such as running and walking.

What to bring:

- Attire: comfortable, mobile clothes...planning on having some barefoot adventures ;)

- Towel

- Water

- Lunch

This event would be particularly useful for our entrepreneurs & founders who are very busy in their work & personal lives; to take a break from their schedules and connect with themselves, nature and other like minded individuals. Get the creative juices flowing!

Feel free to bring a guest, but please don't double book the spot. If you ticked bringing a guest please make sure your guest doesn't sign up separately. Otherwise we will double book and have less people, which means less networking opportunities for you...:(
