I am so excited to kick off 2024 with not only the strong bodies you have all been busy building but a strong mind and a clear vision for where you want to be in every aspect of your life! I just know you are going to love this workshop and get so much inspiration from it!

2024 GOAL SETTING & VISUALISATION WORKSHOP
Sunday 21st January 2024 11am-2pm

You can go to the gym, drink your water, take your vitamins, but if you don’t take care of the shit going on in your head, you’re still going to be unhealthy.
We will be building confidence and the life you dream of through not only a strong BODY but a Strong MIND. This workshop is designed to set you up with some valuable and sustainable tools and support to kick start you into 2024 and toward not only your health and fitness goals but the life you desire.

Prior to the workshop you will all receive a life vision tool to complete in your own time, please take your time on this and get really clear about what changes you want to make and what you want to create and bring in for 2024. THINK BIG! Nothing is out of reach.

On the day we will kick off with our Mindset Coach Tarryn @tarrynwilliams_coach Tarryn is a Strength and Mindset Coach who teaches women how to be emotionally and mentally fit so they can harness their mind to work for them, rather than against them. She is passionate about personal growth as she has seen for herself and the women she works with, how paying attention to your emotional and mental health, increasing your self awareness and building emotional resilience, opens you up to create and live the life you want.

Tarryn is particularly passionate about helping women build a better relationship to their body and body image. She understands that when women change the beliefs and narratives they have towards their health, training, nutrition and how they view themselves, it can help women feel more confident in their body, self and ability to create change in their health and life.

From here we will go into a beautiful Breathwork practice with our amazing Instructor Nina @pranaandco to connect back to yourself by transporting you out of the thinking mind and going deeper within, the brain and body will become more balanced, more calm and rejuvenated. Set your intentions for the practice and see what surfaces for you, you will then have time to reflect, adjust or make any additions to the life vision tool you have previously completed.

From here we will get stuck into the FUN of crafting our vision boards, taking inspiration from your life vision tool. Bring a canvas (the bigger the better) and let's get messy, decorate, cut, paste and have a lot of fun creating the ultimate 2024 vision board.

Morning tea and goodies will be provided while we sit, create, connect and be inspired by other amazing, like minded Women.
