Join us on Sunday March 23 at 10am at Yallo in Dalyellup , for a little release and reset with a beautiful 90 minutes of restorative Yin Yoga , Sound + Essential Oils .

Donna will taking you through some restorative yin poses to bring your mind , body and soul into state of balance

Move through slow, supported postures that gently stretch and open your body, releasing deep-seated tension and stress. Perfect for those feeling tight, overworked, or in need of stillness, yin yoga encourages physical relaxation and creates space to simply breathe.

Helen will then take you on a mini sound healing journey with her beautiful crystal bowls , rain stick and koshi chimes .

Immerse yourself in soothing sound waves .These calming vibrations flow through your body, quieting the mind and promoting a profound sense of calm, balance, and inner peace.

Michelle will be giving you the opportunity to experience some anchoring , calming doTERRA essential oils that will enhance your overall practice and experience .

Stay back after the sessions for some emotional insight into the essential oils and the chance to meet other like minded people over a cacao , coffee ,herbal tea , sparkling water and a selection of oil infused raw treats .
