Mind Body Business, an initiative by The Media Society is a network designed for women striving to be the best versions of themselves in work, lifestyle or wellbeing - or all three!

The first iteration of Mind Body Business is 'The Start Series'. This event series is dedicated to women looking to launch their side hustle, get into their desired industry, monetize their passions, grow their business, and connect female business owners (or those who aim to work in a female lead workplace/industry) . Together, we'll share insights, advice and hear from industry leaders on how you can kill it at work, get your dream job, and cultivate a supportive team, without sacrificing your soul. Think holistic hustling, made fun.

For our launch event, where we'll get inspired by women who have turned their big ideas into their own business, all while trying to maintain their mental and physical wellbeing.

We are thrilled to welcome and incredible panel of guest speakers to our initial event including Katie Martin, Jacqui Toumbas, Tanya Bali and founders of SoSo’s run club Sofie Spelta and Sophie Rindfleish.

The event will be held on Thursday 10 October at The Bethnal, Newstead from 5:30pm with the panel discussion commencing at 6:15pm. The event will conclude around 8:00pm.
