Join me for a 2.5 hour Women's Yoga, Meditation & Coaching Workshop on Sunday 20th June, from 10am - 12.30pm at the Emerald Downs Community Centre.

This is a time for you to reconnect to you, to tap into your inner calm and re-centre yourself so you can feel your best, and be the best version of you every day.

Details of the workshop include:

10.00 - 11.00 Gentle Slow Vinyasa Flow to get you out of your mind and into your body. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a pro Yogi, it will be catered for all levels.

11.00-11.20 Guided meditation & Pranayama to help you deeply listen to your souls voice and your intuition.

11.20-12.00 Group Coaching & Conversation around moving through overwhelm and getting clear about what it is that you really want. During this time I will speak to the topic, there will be worksheets for you to complete and there will be an opportunity to speak as a group. This is a safe space, and every single person will have the opportunity to speak as openly as they feel comfortable. You will leave with 3 intentions set for you to focus on over the next 90 days.

12.15-12.30 Light Refreshments, chats and wrap up!
