👨🏼‍🍳 Private Chef: An entire day filled with delicious plant-based meals prepared by plant-based chef, David Lisken. Currently cooking at the 5 star Gaia Retreat in Byron Bay, and with more than a decade of culinary experience cooking in some of the world's most renowned locations, David will be creating exquisite vegan cuisine exclusively for the Earthly Wellness Retreat.

🌱All Meals Included: David will be your private chef for the day and delight your taste buds with a sumptuous feast of delectable, plant-based meals including morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and dessert. He will nourish your body with locally-sourced, wholesome and sustainable cuisine that not only tastes amazing but also saves the animals and the planet.

🌕 Full Moon Intentions: This retreat will harness the powerful energy of the Hunter's full moon to set your intentions and manifest your dreams. Under the gentle embrace of this lunar energy, your deepest desires for personal growth and abundance can awaken.

☕️ Cacao Ceremony: Experience the heart-opening magic of a cacao ceremony. Sip on ceremonial-grade cacao while connecting with your inner self. Allow the cacao to enhance your emotional and spiritual journey and set the tone for the beautiful day ahead.

🧘 Yin Yoga: Leave your to-do-list at the gate and begin to unwind with a gentle yin yoga session. This practice will help you release tension, restore balance and cultivate mindfulness, leaving you feeling super relaxed and re-energised.

🌳 Nature Therapy: Learn the art of Nature Therapy and get grounded as we take you on a guided mindfulness walk through the serene surroundings of our stunning rainforest. Reconnect with the earth and experience the beauty, healing and wisdom of this ancient forest.

🍁 Mandala Creation: Unleash your creativity as you collectively design a nature mandala focused on the 4 elements. This mindful, artistic practice will allow you to explore your inner world and create a beautiful reflection of your soul's journey.

🗣️ Chanting & Voice Opening Workshop: Find your unique voice and explore the power of your sound. Join our chanting and voice opening workshop to unlock the potential of your vocal expression, remove any energy blocks and connect with the essence of your soul.

💃 Conscious Movement: Reconnect with your body through conscious movement and explore free-form dance, guided by our experienced Azul facilitator. Let go and allow your spirit to flow and connect to the rhythm of your heart.

🎶 Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing. Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, didgeridoo and other instruments will wash over you, providing deep relaxation and chakra alignment.

🔥 Fire Ceremony: As the day comes to a close, gather around a mesmerising fire ceremony. Release what no longer serves you and symbolically let go of your burdens, igniting your intentions into the universe and allowing them into your life.
