Positive growth mindset workshops for kids aged 6-14, designed and inspired by positive psychology, personal empowerment and conscious humans with over 10 years of experience working with children in schools, individually & homeschooled groups. 

Facilitators Georgia & Steven both have Bachelors degrees in Education and have worked within the education department for over a decade, focusing on Growth Mindsets and accessing Intuitive Confidence. They share their experience as teachers alongside Positive Psychology Techniques with the goal that all children learn how to shift negative self-talk beliefs and access inner resilience and intuitive presence for focus.

The Young Mindz workshop is two hours of sports games and activities built specifically to help children create positive mindsets, build resilience and learn to feel and express their emotions in healthy ways. 

Children feel grounded within themselves, who they are, and who they are becoming. Full of leadership, positive mindset, resilience, social-emotional games and activities that teach new emotional regulation tools and positive self-talk strategies. 

Negative talk habits can be learnt from our parents, grandparents, family and friends, a generational trap. When we are younger, negative self-talk beliefs are established as personal truth. Like a cork in a bottle, these beliefs can limit us from reaching our full potential. 

The team at Young Mindz offers Mind Master workshops that help swap out fear & negativity for strong positive mindsets that nourish forever. These activity-based workshops allow children to access new potential, enable creativity, build friendships, create sporting resilience, thrive at school and access inner empowerment.

Increase Self-Love

All children experience complex emotions and thoughts at some point in their lives. Negative self-talk can significantly impact children's mental and physical health. At Young Mindz, we teach using Positive Self-Talk tactics to aid children in switching from defensive to pro-social mindsets. Mindfulness, gratitude, breathing techniques, and emotional coherence, alongside Positive Self-Talk, are the perfect environment for a healthy mind. 

Anxiety & Fear

Childhood anxiety can lead to long-term problems. It can increase symptoms of ADHD, sleepwalking, fear responses, shutting down or reduced connection with family and friends. Mind Masters is designed for kids to help manage, reduce and eliminate anxiety. Children becoming overwhelmed by feelings of anger, worry or fear can instead become consciously aware of these sensations and through cognition skills, mindfulness and breathing techniques, learn to reduce anxiety. 

Advance Resilience & Focus ADHD

Young Mindz workshops are dedicated to helping increase natural happiness. Workshop games and learning opportunities help children learn and understand social-emotional skills. Building confidence and intuition so children can consciously choose how they want to respond to their emotions rather than becoming overwhelmed and reactant to them. 

We offer a unique way to learn empowering skills and knowledge that help children build self-esteem, centre focus and forge strong friendships. Young Mindz workshops are designed to inspire, allowing children to level up without limiting beliefs or negative self-talk weighing them down.
