Uplift Community aims to provide stress management tools for individuals to regulate their nervous systems, manage stress and improve mood.

At Uplift, we teach techniques that target changes in peoples' physiology, brain waves, and breathing rhythms. Using techniques such as Breathwork and Meditation, individuals are shifted into a different state physiologically, which has an immediate and direct influence on mental clarity and emotional stability. By shifting the body's physiology to induce mental benefits (bottom or 'body' up approach) we are able to induce well-being in real-time.

The Melbourne-based Uplift Community team, Fischer McAsey, James Hartson and Charlie Furphy.
