This experience combines the power of movement with the magic of mindfulness through a unique collaboration between MIND Architecture & MINd and MOVE.

Kids thrive when given the space to move their bodies, express their thoughts, and connect with others in a fun and freeing environment. That’s why our program blends MOVE activities that energise and strengthen, with MIND activities that encourage creativity, confidence, and emotional growth.

MIND SESSIONS

Our MIND sessions are calm, creative, and child-led. Kids are gently guided through:

Flexible Flow Sessions

MOVE SESSIONS

Rather than structure and routine, sessions are intentionally flexible, letting children’s curiosity, energy, and voices shape the flow. Here, kids are free to explore, express, and be themselves.

Our MOVE sessions are all about high-energy fun and fundamental physical skills. Kids will enjoy:

Fitness & Fundamental Movement Skills
Zumba & Dance Fun
Classic Games & Obstacle Courses
Creative Movement Crafts
Teamwork & Social Play

These activities help children stay active, work together, and feel confident in their abilities. Most importantly, they’ll have a blast doing it!

Do not forget to apply the $5.00 discount per sibling.

Photography & Videography Notice

By registering for this program, participants and their parents or guardians (where applicable) acknowledge and consent to photography and videography taking place during sessions. These images and recordings may be used by MIND n' MOVE to authentically showcase the energy, creativity, and joy of our programs and the positive impact they have on children.

If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, we kindly ask that you:

Notify us in writing via email prior to the start of the program, and
Inform our team on the day of attendance so we can accommodate your request respectfully.
