Event description

The number of late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults is steadily increasing, with up to 53% of professionals in industries such as tech identifying with brain-based differences like Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. Following decades of stigma, the workplace landscape is changing, with employers now recognising that neurodiversity makes an important contribution to diversity of thought within teams, which, in turn, drives better performance, creativity, and innovation.

Join Beaumont People for their first event of 2025! This expert-led event will feature a presentation by the CEO of ADHD Australia and neurodiversity expert, Melissa Webster, who will share strategies and practical tools leaders can use to build neuroinclusive workplaces. A panel discussion will follow, where Melissa will be joined by lived-experience speakers and industry experts.

Learning outcomes:

  • What it takes to build a truly neuroinclusive workplace.
  • How to leverage the unique strengths of neurodivergent professionals.
  • Practical tips for managers on how they can support neurodivergent individuals and teams.
