📍 Waterfront Village Green, Rockingham
Alongside the Sunday Rotary Markets
Get ready to walk, talk, explore and connect at Mind the Walk — a fun, family-friendly community event bringing people together to raise awareness of mental health and the simple things we can do to support our wellbeing.
This year, we’re making the journey even more interesting with three unique walks to choose from — History, Maritime and Cultural — plus a fun scavenger hunt!
🚶♀️ Choose Your Adventure
We understand a number of people book tickets for events that are free, but don't turn up. If that happens it stops others from attending, with that in mind we ask that if you book and are unable to attend that you let us know ASAP so we can repost those tickets. THANK YOU

💬 Why Mind the Walk?
Mental health affects all of us — and sometimes the hardest step is simply starting a conversation.
Mind the Walk aims to reduce stigma, encourage conversations about mental health and connect people with organisations that can provide support when it's needed.
You don't have to walk far.
You don't have to walk fast.
You don't even have to walk at all!
Come along, join in, have a chat and connect in whatever way works for you.
❤️ Together we walk. Together we talk.
Because one conversation could save a life.
Bring your family, invite your friends, grab your walking shoes and come along for a day of history, culture, discovery, wellbeing and community connection.
Take a step for mental health. Take a step for connection. Take a step for each other.
We can't wait to see you there! 💚
