    This retreat is for beginners through to seasoned practitioners and offers the opportunity to experience how mindful meditation enables us to discover a deep well of insight, clarity, strength and wisdom within ourselves. 

    ​During the weekend we will flow through a range of sitting and gentle moving practices that teach us how to meet all of the moments of our life with awareness, openness and authenticity. There will be times during the retreat for group sharing and feedback as well as times of communal silence to help us deepen into our practices. This retreat will be lead by Neave and she welcomes you warmly to come and experience how mindful meditation can bring wisdom to the mind and freedom to the heart.

    This retreat is fully catered by Leeya Warrander and held at the Mt Hutt Retreat Center which offers warm, comfortable budget accommodation.
    The ticket prices include accommodation, food and teachings
