WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS IN A MINDBODY LAB

Arrive and meet the group you're working with today.
Jen guides you through a light warm up.
Jen walks you through a series of easy balance activities.
Jen will ask you to think about a challenge you are facing or have faced.
You’ll have the option to use provided props to physically move through that challenge.
Cool down and check in with how you're feeling.
No diagnosis, no referral and no dance experience needed.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE AWAY FROM A MINDBODY LAB

- Increased confidence and self-esteem

- Less mum-guilt and a freer headspace

- Released endorphins and dopamine to feel better than when you walked in
