In this workshop we will meditate to open our creative channels and learn to create with mindful art techniques. It is a safe space to create, practise mindfulness and learn to paint with watercolours. We will start with a cacao ceremony guided by Carolina and move to create with watercolours.

About us

Valentina (Pitu Studio)

Valentinas is a mindfulness coach, artist, and yoga teacher based in Sydney. She is passionate about wellbeing, art and journaling. she helps you connect with yourself through grounding practices and creative techniques that she uses every day with her students.

She has done meditation courses for 10 years and she has completed 300 hours yoga teacher trainings. She is passionate about using creative approaches to learning and to develop strengths. 3 years ago she have decided that art was a big part of her life and dedicated time to learn as much as possible about how art can have a positive impact on our wellbeing, she loves to guiding others in their creative journey!

Carolina Iacovino

Carolina is a meditation and yoga facilitator. She started her healing journey in Australia about 4 years ago and discovered her passion for meditation and breathwork through her regular practice. She loves guiding and holding space for others to heal through love and kindness.

She is also is a cacao lover. She discovered cacao in a women’s circle and since then she has developed a sense of curiosity towards this powerful plant medicine. She creates her own rituals during full moons or when she feels the call to expand her creativity and open her heart. She is passionate about holding cacao ceremonies and holding space for others.
