Join us for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience that blends mindful eating, sound meditation, and a delicious tasting journey—all in just one nourishing hour.

We’ll begin with a short and sweet talk on mindful eating—what it is, why it matters, and how choosing whole, nourishing foods (like the amazing offerings at Pure Green!) supports more intentional and connected eating habits. Paloma will also be sharing how mindful eating helped her lose 20 lbs!

Then, we’ll ease into a gentle sound meditation, designed to help you settle into a state of calm presence and awareness.

To close, we’ll enjoy a mindful tasting experience with Pure Green’s delicious samples. You’ll learn how to engage all your senses and fully savor each bite as a way to deepen connection with your body and your food.
