Enjoy a mindful craft activity and discover how creativity and connection can support wellbeing. We'll be making yarn coil baskets and learn weaving techniques from Camille, headspace Werribee's First Nations Peer Worker.

There's also a chance to meet the headspace Werribee team, learn about their free support services and pick up practical tips for looking after mental health.

Snacks and all craft materials provided – plus, finished creations are yours to take home.

This event is delivered in collaboration with headspace Werribee for young people aged 16-25.
