Meet Your Facilitator: York

York, founder of Mindfulnests, creates accessible well-being experiences through mindfulness, community and everyday living.

After more than 16 years as an entrepreneurship educator at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, she followed a new path in mindfulness and gerontology, believing that well-being should be practical, inclusive and woven into daily life rather than reserved for retreats or meditation halls. She is a trained teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Drawing from evidence-based mindfulness, Chinese metaphysics and her work with heritage communities, York designs experiences that invite people to slow down and discover moments of calm in ordinary places.
