Thanks for getting a ticket for the Circular Design Awards Gala 2024!

We are excited to welcome you on Wednesday at the highly anticipated Circular Design Awards Gala! We look forward to unveiling the finalists of the Award with an exhibition showcase and celebrating the Award winners for 2024!

Venue and Time: Wednesday 25th September 5.30 pm - 8.00 pm at the Sapphire Room, Ponsonby Central. The Sapphire Room is upstairs, access is off the laneway that runs between Richmond Rd and Brown St (Richmond Rd end).

Arrival and Formalities: Doors will open at 5:30 pm and we encourage guests to arrive by 5:45 pm so you have time to get a drink and delicious canapés. The welcome and Awards presentation will start shortly after 6.00 pm. This is a standing event, there will be very limited seating available so please let our team know if you require seating.

Tickets: This is a ticketless event. You will be greeted at the door where we will confirm your name digitally. There is no need to print your ticket.

Transport: We do encourage you to ride share or take public transport (the Auckland Transport Journey Planner will help you with your travel plans), and if you can cycle there are bike racks on Ponsonby Road. The venue is located near many public transport lines in the Ponsonby area. If you do drive, there is a ticketed basement car park at Ponsonby Central accessed off Brown St. Lift access is also located in the basement car park.

Kai & refreshments: You will be treated to complimentary canapés during the event, with beverages supplied by Man O War, Steinlarger and The Sustainable Food Co.

What to wear: The event will be cocktail-style with a dress code of cocktail/semi-formal. We encourage you to dress mindfully and wear something by a New Zealand brand, something already in your wardrobe, second-hand, or borrowed.
