Accessing the Event:
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique login details. Use these credentials to access the Mindful in May platform hosted on Kajabi. The platform is where all event activities including meditations, live sessions, and resources will be available.
Daily Activities:
Each day, you'll be invited to engage in a 10-minute guided meditation accessible through the Mindful in May portal. Make sure to check the portal daily for new content and exercises aimed at enhancing your mindfulness practice.
Live Sessions:
Join us for weekly live guided meditation sessions led by Elise. These sessions will be streamed online via zoom. If you cannot attend live, recordings will be available shortly after each session.
Participating in Discussions:
Our community group on the platform is a great place to share insights, ask questions, and connect with fellow participants. We encourage active participation to enhance your experience and support your journey.
Technical Requirements:
To participate, you will need a stable internet connection and a device capable of accessing web-based content. The platform is accessible via desktop, tablet, or mobile to ensure you can join in from anywhere at any time.
