Join Craig Hassed and James Donald in an enlightening discussion on how the modern hyper-connected, always-on world can negatively impact work performance and leadership, and how mindfulness can positively influence work, leadership and help to create healthy workplace cultures.

James is a Senior Lecturer (Teaching and Research) in the Work and Organisational Studies discipline at University of Sydney Business School, where he teaches management and leadership. He has practised and researched mindfulness for many years and runs programs in a variety of corporate and government settings.
