Mindfulness Meditation - 5 week course
$279 with compassion pack (recommended) or $149 for classes only
Join Kristi for a five week exploration of Mindfulness Meditation.
Complemented by the tools in your Compassion Pack, You will learn to turn down the volume of the outside world, reduce stress and shift your focus inward. Learn practical techniques to become more mindful of yourself and the world around you, and most importantly practice self-compassion. The final class includes a sound immersion experience!
Compassion pack inclusions (individual items valued at $227)
‘A beginner’s guide to Meditation’ limited edition hardcover book written and signed by Kristi, mala beads, energy cleansing kit, chakra cards, eye pillow and travel candle.
Must be committed to a daily 20min personal meditation practice for the duration of the course.

About Kristi:
The Compassion Hub studio Owner and Principal Teacher Kristi is a trauma informed and yoga for menopause wellness specialist who combines the life work that is traditional hatha yoga with modern accessible yoga. Kristi creates events, masterclasses and general classes that are grounded, invitational and never too serious. Her light-hearted yet knowledgeable approach is both conscious and supportive.
As a vibrational alchemist, Kristi transforms the energy of those around her with her sense of joy and enthusiasm for life. Kristi works with a myriad of sacred instruments cultivating sympathetic resonance Meditations and sound immersion experiences.
Having studied yogic philosophy and non-dualist still-mind Meditation with Swami Shantanada and Sarasvati Sally Dawson, Kristi’s hatha yoga lineage can be traced back to Bjagavan Nityananda of Ganeshpiri.

Kristi is a Yoga Australia registered, level 2 (1000+hr) Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama Teacher, as well as a Sound Immersion Educator and Facilitator.
