A great way to finish the week, and ease into the weekend with one hour of mindful meditation and sound bath.

Connect with calm, and unwind through the use of guided mindfulness, incorporating relaxing sounds with chimes, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.

No experience necessary. All equipment is provided.

Numbers are capped to ensure maximum relaxation.
