    Event description

Hungry for genuine connections? You came to the right place. ◡̈

Join This Is The Third Place at Good Brother Espresso Shop for MINDFUL MEETS!

Known for being one of Newy's favourite coffee shops, and a cosy wine & vinyl bar at night, we are thrilled to bring Mindful Meets to Good Brother; to "switch off" for a couple hours and focus on mindful connections - with yourself, and then with others. Enjoy uninterrupted time away from your digital distractions to catch up on some reading or journaling - or just doing nothing. And then enjoy some social time with mindful conversations. As usual, all are welcome. Safe and inclusive space. Come alone or bring your bestie, your mum, your grandpa - anyone.

Coffee machine and bar will be open, but kitchen will be closed. Please note that whilst alcoholic drinks are available for purchase at this event, it is meant to be a meaningful and intentional way to meet and connect with other like-minded individuals, so any chaotic or rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated. Kindly keep conversations to a respectful volume to avoid distracting others. Thank you.

Please find the programming for the afternoon below.

Sit back and unwind by reading, colouring, journaling, knitting, or just doing nothing - anything that fills your mindfulness cup. Kindly bring your own creative materials to keep yourself occupied and make full use of this time with yourself.

    Mindful Connections
We know how important it is to have a sense of belonging and familiarity, but building genuine connections take time. This is your time to connect with other individuals over a good chat about life, a good book, board games, music, the world - literally anything that you feel like. Your social status, political stance, financial status, gender, age, does not matter here. This is where strangers become acquaintances, and maybe eventually....friends.

See you at the third place! ◡̈
