MINDFUL MEETS: Breathwork + Tea ◡̈

IF YOU'VE BEEN CRAVING DEEPER CONNECTIONS, THIS IS FOR YOU.

On 21 March, we’re putting our phones away and stepping into something slower, softer, and more intentional. Join us at BALAM BALAM PLACE for Mindful Meets: Breathwork & Tea — a curated morning of solo stillness, meaningful conversation, grounding breathwork, and a guided Chinese tea ritual.

Come alone. Leave feeling connected.

Then, an intimate grounding breath practice followed by a guided Chinese tea ritual(茶道), and some reflections to ponder on after. Led by Gillian Ong - a psychology graduate, certified breathwork practitioner and the founder of @MadeofElsewhere. Her work centres on how breath, attention and simple sensory rituals can support everyday regulation and clarity.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• 8.30am : 🌿 Go Solo (read/journal/knit/sit - bring your own creative materials)
  

• 9.30am : 💬 Mindful Connections (chats / games / puzzles)
  

• 10.15am : 🌻 Breathwork + Tea practice led by Gillian Ong (@madeofelsewhere), psychology graduate and certified breathwork practitioner. A grounding breath practice followed by a guided tea ceremony designed to bring clarity and regulation through simple sensory ritual
  

• 11.15am : 💛 Gratitude Sharing led by founder & host, Ashley
  

• 11.30am : 🙌🏼 Wrap Up

All genders, backgrounds, and ages welcome. Whether you come solo or with someone you love, this is a space to slow down and belong.
