Mindful Mondays - Term 3


Event description

Create a positive start to your week with a focus on mindful self care. Throughout this 10 week course, participants can learn how to improve overall wellbeing with tips and techniques for managing mental, emotional, and social health. Each session builds on prior learning and is informative, interactive, and tailored to the group.

Please note: Your booking is for every Monday in Term 3, starting Monday 22 July.
