Event description
Spend your lunchtime from 1-2pm on Mondays creating a positive start to your week with a focus on Mindful Self Care. Participants can learn how to improve overall wellbeing with tips and techniques for managing mental, emotional and social health. The sessions are informative, interactive and tailored to the group.
Please note: There will be no session held on Monday 12 June due to the public holiday.
