This event is hosted to raise awareness of mental health & bring community together. The aim is to have a lighthearted morning and then go about your day starting from a healthy & happy, connection-full morning.

Hopefully the sun is shining! We will be on the grass next to the playground or on the sand at Freshwater Beach (dependant on the wind).

Bring something to sit on, a warm jacket and a journal incase you feel like writing anything down

This event will be run by donations, pay what you can!

All money raised will be going towards a charity for mental health prevention in young people in Australia.

Details will be provided on the day - any donation big or small is so appreciated.
