Welcome to the Mindful Morning Club - Manly, Northern Beaches.

A club dedicated to help you rise … as the sun rises too

An opportunity to connect to your mind, body & nature first thing in the morning

To feel gratitude & a sense of community

And to magnify your power and energy for the rest of the day.

Sign up to your next free event, taking place every first Wednesday of the month.

You will be guided through gentle movement, a meditation, a breath practice & powerful manifestation tool. Everything is an invite - so if you don't want to do anything, then that's absolutely fine.

BYO towel, warm comfortable clothes, journal & pen, reusable cup & swimmers (optional, for an ocean dip afterwards), followed by some chai (BYO cup).
