Puckey’s Estate, Fairy Meadow
Saturday 17 October | 8:00am–9:00am

Start your weekend with a slower morning of movement, mindfulness and connection in nature.
We’ll meet on the grassy area to the left of Fairy Meadow Surf Life Saving Club, where we’ll start with a quick check-in and a gentle 5-minute mindfulness practice to arrive, switch off from the week and take in our surroundings.

From there, we’ll walk through beautiful Puckey’s Estate Nature Reserve, following the mostly flat trails before looping out towards the beach.
We’ll then make our way back along the sand towards Fairy Meadow Surf Life Saving Club, finishing where we started at around 9:00am.

Afterwards, you’re welcome to stick around for a chat and a morning drink. Bring your own tea, coffee or favourite drink in a reusable cup if you'd like to join us. ☕🌿

What to bring
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. Bring water, sun protection and your own morning drink if you'd like one for afterwards.
The walk itself is relatively easy and mostly flat, although we'll be walking on a mixture of paths, natural surfaces and sand.

A little about safety
This is a social community mindfulness walk rather than a guided bushwalking or fitness activity.
By attending, you acknowledge that walking outdoors involves inherent risks, including uneven or slippery surfaces, sand, weather conditions, vegetation and other natural or environmental hazards.

You participate at your own risk and are responsible for assessing whether the walk is suitable for your own fitness, health, experience and circumstances.

Why Join?
Come for some fresh air, meet other women, take a moment to slow down and start your Saturday with a little more space.
