Mindful mothers day - with cake!

Calling all busy Mums who would love to take some time out to connect with themselves and others.

Mother’s Day is coming up on Sunday 8th of May and we are extending the celebrations with a mindfulness and self-care workshop with cake
and nibbles on Monday 9th May.

Mother’s Day is a time to honour yourself and all of the joys, challenges and learning experiences of being a Mum. This event is also for Mothers
of dogs, cats and other furry creatures, or for those who want to pay tribute to their own Mothers, Grandmothers or Caretakers.

Advance bookings are essential for this workshop for catering purposes and to allow time to prepare your take-home gifts. Please be sure to
book by Tuesday 3rd May.

If you would like to bring some snacks to share for the table, that would be most appreciated.

However, there is absolutely NO expectation whatsoever to do so, so please bring something if it makes
you happy, otherwise show up and enjoy the cake and nibblies provided!
