Reduce your stress and anxiety, and find a sense of calm and fun in this 1-hour mindful movement class.

Come exactly as you are—there's no right way to participate. Throughout the session, you'll be offered a range of gentle movement invitations so you can choose what feels right for your body. Together, we'll shift our attention away from busy thoughts and into present-moment awareness through movement, curiosity, and exploration.

Activities vary from week to week and may include walking meditations, gentle floor-based movement, developmental movement patterns, stretching, breath awareness, and playful activities such as musical statues. No movement experience or level of fitness is required.

Each session is unique, offering new opportunities to slow down, regulate your nervous system, connect with others, and experience the joy of moving in ways that feel supportive and nourishing.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Please note that the venue at Pachamama House requires participants to walk up a flight of stairs.
