Event description

Reconnect mind and body with a night of breathwork, meditation, yoga, and dance. 

Breathwork: throughout this session, you will be guided through a variety of breathwork "styles" to regulate the nervous system. The purpose of this session is to stay grounded in your body as you're breathing, be present as emotions come to the surface, and create the space to hold and feel the shifting energy. 

Meditation: this guided meditation session will take you through a complete body scan. The focus here is to reconnect your breath with bodily sensations. This session works to prepare your body for mindful movement - integrating the emotional body, that was activated through breathwork, with the feeling body.

Yoga: a slow, yin-style class with a focus on mobility. The purpose of this session is to open and warm the body for dance, as well as offer a guided physical release for emotions that have surfaced during the breathwork and meditation sessions.

Ecstatic Dance: an open, non-judgemental space for free creative expression. Flow, jump, wiggle, roll around, move in any way that feels good for you and your body. This session is a chance for you to rediscover, release, and return home to your body. 

Free Flow/Aerials: hang around for some flow practice, acro yoga, aerials, and connection. Bring props to play with, share skills, and explore the world of flow. 


What to bring: a yoga mat/something comfortable to lie on, water bottle, and your beautiful self.
