We are so excited to welcome Mrs Yoga from Mindful Movers to playgroup for our children’s yoga sessions, as part of our Mindful May celebrations, proudly sponsored by Tom Norris from LOYLE Real Estate.

These 30–45 minute yoga and mindfulness sessions are designed to be playful, creative and engaging, while gently introducing little ones to yoga, breathwork and simple mindfulness practices.

Each session will include:

• A familiar welcome and closing song
• Creative yoga poses and imaginative play
• Simple breathing exercises to support emotional regulation
• Music, movement and storytelling
• Fun learning themes such as numbers, animals and transport

The sessions are designed so that children aged 2 and up can comfortably participate independently. Little ones under two are very welcome to join in with the support of their carers and enjoy the music, movement and play.
