Mindful Moves is your time to just dance in a safe space!

Please bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes to dance in either barefoot or socks, no shoes in the venue. A donation towards the cost of the venue hire is appreciated.

We dim the lights, turn on the disco ball, crank up the tunes, move our moods and shake off the week. Participate in something truly unique, energetic, and jam-packed with great health benefits for the mind, body, and soul.

Mindful Moves is the ultimate daggy dance session! When the lights go out, we don’t care what we look like, how we dance, or what anyone else thinks. This session is simply your time to get lost in the music and dance to the beat of your own drum.In the dark, we truly let go of inhibitions and unwind. There are no distractions, no teacher to follow or steps to learn, no judgment or feeling awkward.

Nicky will guide you through an activating warm up for the first song and cool down stretch for the last song. The rest of the Mindful Moves are up to you as you shake out life’s stresses, have some fun, connect with the music and move only for yourself.

Places limited to 20 due to the venue size and to maintain safety, so please only book if definitely attending. If your plans change please cancel your ticket or contact Nicky so someone on the wait list can have your spot.
