Join the team from U Sushi for a hands-on sushi making experience, guided by professional sushi chefs.

In this 90-minute session, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sushi making – from preparing perfectly seasoned rice to rolling and plating your own creations.

What to expect
You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, including:

– A brief introduction to sushi history and key ingredients
– How to prepare and season sushi rice
– Techniques for rolling and assembling sushi

You’ll then create your own selection of sushi, which may include:
– Chicken sushi roll
– Vegetarian roll
– Salmon roll

At the end of the session, sit back and enjoy your handmade sushi – approximately 10 pieces per person.
